Delivery Information

Orders for plain clothing are nornally shipped within 3 working days.

Orders for personalised items will take up to 10-15 working days, from date of artwork approval.

Once orders are despatched the delivery time is 48hrs maximum.

Express delivery is available on many products and applies to print only. Order must be approved by us and artwork must also have been approved before work commences.

Delivery Charge is £7.95 for all orders below £100.00.

Goods can be collected from our Hull warehouse, please contact us for details.

Prices are for UK Mainland Only and can be changed at any time.

 

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled prior to any personalisation. If cancellation is received prior to personallisation a full refund, less any cost for artwork will be given. If goods have been ordered specifically for you, we will charge a 15% re-stocking charge.

Returns

MJH Workwear offer a 14 day returns policy.

All returns must be authorised and a returns number will be given - goods returned without a returns number will be refused or a admin charge will be incurred.

Any special order with personalisation can not be returned unless faulty - details of fault must be emailed for a returns number to be issued.
